Ayurvedic Massage
Ayurvedic massage was born in India about 5000 years ago, as a holistic technique to restore a balance between mind and body, an indissoluble unity, through the stimulation of the body’s energy centers.
It extends the field of action to the psychic and spiritual levels by working on the marma points (vital energy centers) and on the rebalancing of the chakras (the energy access marmas), in a sort of massage-meditation.
It consists of a moderately gentle massage, with more or less intense manipulations depending on the dosha to which you belong (energy constitution that determines your personality and state of health) aimed at restoring the balance of vital energies.
It is indicated to promote psycho-physical relaxation, reducing stress and anxiety.

Thai Massage
Thai massage is believed to derive from a combination of knowledge of Ayurvedic medicine, Yoga and traditional Chinese medicine. It aims to bring benefits to the person not only on a physical level, but also on a mental level. The manipulations, in fact, are carried out with the intention of stimulating the energy channels – called “Sen” – that run through the body of each individual. In this way, it should facilitate the restoration of the correct flow of energy in the body, whose alteration or blockage can be – according to the philosophy behind the Thai massage – cause of discomfort and disorders. Thai massage is characterized by the execution of various types of manipulations, including finger pressure, stretching, twisting, extension and the passive execution of yoga techniques, without the use of oil. Bamboo Massage
The massage with bamboo canes is a technique of Indochinese origin initially used by monks for therapeutic purposes; in these cultures, bamboo is a symbol of vital energy, prosperity, sexual longevity and fertility. It is an intense massage that exploits the qualities of bamboo canes to perform a deep massage with a draining, toning and decontracting effect; it is therefore particularly suitable both for fighting cellulite and after physical activity.
As an anti-cellulite treatment (both edematous and fibrotic) through the pressure exerted with bamboo sticks, the drainage of liquids, the elimination of toxins and tissue regeneration are favored, reactivating blood and lymphatic circulation.
As a treatment for athletes, it acts on the stimulation of neuromuscular plaques, responsible for the transmission of the nerve impulse between the motor nerve and the muscle, and on the breakdown of adhesions between the tissues, loosening their contractures.
It is performed by associating the manual massage with the use of bamboo canes of various sizes that roll on the skin in a particular movement called roulage.

The lymphatic drainage massage acts on the lymphatic circulation, favoring the drainage of liquids and consequently the elimination of any edema or stagnation of the same. It is indicated for counteracting swelling or edema, providing muscle and mental benefits thanks to an overall relaxing action, reducing blemishes such as water retention and cellulite.

Foot reflexology is a practice of alternative medicine, which involves pressure and massage of the soles of the feet, with the final aim of alleviating certain ailments or pathologies, located in other parts of the body. The basic concept of plantar reflexology is that certain areas of the feet correspond to precise organs, nervous structures and joints like a real map.
The massage consists of two essential moments:
the search for painful points through the palpation of the reflex points carried out in a precise and profound way and the foot massage consisting of a series of steps to be performed on the reflex zones.
